Claire

For seven to eight months of the year, Claire works full time as a ski instructor through a resort that provides employer-sponsored health benefits. For the other four to five months of the year, she works part time at a floral shop that doesn’t offer health insurance. Because her ski instructor job depends on the weather, she needs a health insurance plan that she can pay month to month so that there aren’t any gaps in coverage.

  • For $134.51 a month, Short Term Medical would cover Claire until she starts her ski instructor job (up to 6 months of coverage).
