Milwaukee-based Assurant Health, a leading national provider of individual medical, small group and specialty health insurance products, announces that Charles Young has been named Vice President – Field Technology and Sales Support. In this role, Young will oversee strategies and corporate directives that support Assurant Health’s broad distribution system as well as technology resources for the independent agents who market Assurant Health products nationwide.
During his previous tenure with Assurant Health (1988-1995), Young’s management responsibilities included several administrative and customer service departments. Since then, he has served as Vice President – Operations at Ceridian Benefits Services in Milwaukee and St. Petersburg, Fla., and as Director – New Business Operations at HumanaOne.
