Major Medical Insurance
With these plans, you can choose from a range of monthly premiums and deductibles. How these plans
pay for covered medical services is determined by the plan design which may include deductible,
coinsurance and copay options.

- Broad financial protection
- No lifetime benefit limits
- Many preventive services paid at 100%2
Temporary Insurance
Plans come with a choice of deductible and coinsurance options and provide broad coverage in case
something happens to you or your family.
This is the right plan for you if you want:
- Coverage up to six months
- To choose your own doctors and hospitals
- Protection during gaps in employment
