Fixed-Benefit Insurance

Assurant Health Access® is an individual health insurance plan that pays a set cash amount to help with everyday medical expenses and more, regardless of the actual cost of the services.1

This is the right plan for you if you want:

  • Immediate benefits2
  • No deductible
  • Access to network discounts
  • Plans available year round

These plans do not meet Minimum Essential Coverage requirements and you may be subject to a tax penalty depending upon your income level and cost of plans available.

Major Medical Insurance

With these plans, you can choose from a range of monthly premiums and deductibles. How these plans
pay for covered medical services is determined by the plan design which may include deductible,
coinsurance and copay options.

This is the right plan for you if you want:

Temporary Insurance

Plans come with a choice of deductible and coinsurance options and provide broad coverage in case
something happens to you or your family.

This is the right plan for you if you want:

  • Coverage for one month (30 days) or up to 12 months (360 days)5
  • To choose your own doctors and hospitals
  • Protection during gaps in coverage
  • Plans available year round

These plans do not meet Minimum Essential Coverage requirements and you may be subject to a tax penalty depending upon your income level and the cost of plans available.

For Nevada residents only: 2014 Major Medical plans can be purchased year round without a qualifying life event. If you apply without a qualifying life event, your coverage will begin on the first day of the month after 90 days from the date you applied.
