Please note—specialty medications are not available through the drug card program on your health plan. When approved, specialty medications are covered under your medical benefit, not your pharmacy benefit.

Before you receive medical care or service, it’s important you contact us as a service may require a nurse review per your contract (not required for Assurant Health Access plans). Please call the customer service number, located on the back of your ID card.
