• Demonstrated knowledge of products and administrative procedures.
• Regular communication regarding new business prospecting and sales support.
• Accuracy and completeness of new business applications.
• Continued support to customers including timeliness and accuracy of additions, change requests and other service activity.
• Appropriate response to complaints.
• A demonstrated high level of professionalism.
